  3. Evolution doesn't work that way. It mostly does not involve humans since everyone survives no matter how beneficial or harmful to genome. And last time I checked gender roles were still untouched. And they will be until women are no longer the only ones being able to give birth. And 300 is not enough for humans to evolve that much to begin with. 12 000 wasn't enough to get meaningful changes.
