  3.  @terrystewart1973  I mean...God has control of things, does this make him evil? I mean, he is evil, but not because he's "in control". Milton was almost definitely pushing Satan as a positive hero. I mean, Milton was calling for "the liberty to know, to utter, and to argue freely according to conscience, above all liberties", Satan is the perfect example of that.

I mean, you kinda got that I'm an atheist at this point, but the idea that someone may issue a rule and except themselves from it sounds evil.
