  4. Officer Rodney Dunn should be locked up for attempted murder. His pension should be frozen pending outcome of civil suits. This man is an obvious moral degenerate based on his needless pit maneuver and audio of his discussion with the pregnant lady. He showed no remorse for the humanity of the situation but chose scolding the lady for not pulling over before assessing her health.
