What is this garbage I hear about the "birth mother" of this boy with a "troubled upbringing" trying to get a payday. I wonder what her life deal is. Why did she abandon her son? Shouldn't someone sue her for being a neglectful parent? Does she have a good excuse for abandoning her son? She is the one filing the suit against the police so she is the one putting herself out there for a pay day. What is her deal?

Calm down bro. First, McNesby will have the cop back on the streets with back pay and a payout from the city in about 18 months. Second, I don't think cops are supposed to shoot anyone that has their back to them running away. As long as the criminal is not actively causing harm to anyone. Third you should worry more about about these dysfunctional parents. I think it is fair to look into their lives and how they contributed to where we are now. If guilty of neglect these crumbs should should pay with jail and stiff financial consequences that follow them for the rest of their lives. Just saying.

@vanessawilson8708 It is a dam shame when women have children and don't dedicate themselves to their upbringing. The father should also be held accountable but who chooses the father?
