@tyrone-tydavis5858 Wrong again my short sighted man. It is about culture, morals, ethics and family. I don't care what the laws are or who is in power locally I don't commit crimes of theft, violence, assault or murder because it is wrong. That is what you get when you are raised right. Why is that so hard to understand. It is all about culture.

Dumb comment. Good people who were raised right don't care about a weak District Attorney. Too many ignorant mothers raising children without morals and ethics. It is simple really. But that is okay you keep "dancing" around the real problem.

No it is not unbelievable. Philadelphia is a city full of ignorant thugs that need to be warehoused for about 40 years. All hope is lost for Philadelphia.

When full baked stupid is filtered through pseudo speak, see your comment. 😏You point to data but don’t mention the study or where the data study originated. You also summarily discount a mother’s ability to hold their children accountable regardless of circumstance (economic stratification). I’m guessing someone of your ilk mostly see’s women as potted plants.🪴 I do not recommend single parent upbringing of children mainly because the more supportive adults in the household increase a child’s chances of being well adjusted. See most first-generation households in US.
