  1. What he cop did was wrong. But what kind of ignorant mother with her child in her car is so unaware of the world around her and drives into the middle of that mess? I'm sure the local wig salons, nail salons, tattoo spots will be seeing a spike in business. Well, hopefully that will keep her off welfare.

  3. I don’t believe her. I believe she is representative of Philadelphia’s rampant negligent and toxic mother problem. I know that sound harsh but just listening to her speak and those men surrounding her really put me off.
