  1. Oh please spare me. Community outreach? Instead try this: formal lessons on what good parenting looks like. How about teaching young ladies about proper procreation planning and responsibility to the child you all ready have before planning on adding more. How about instilling the value of one generation pushing the next higher in regards to financial stability and education. News flash Philly: 99.8% your violence problems boil down to horrible parenting.
