When will people understand that the homeless need to be dealt with. If you are homeless you are likely mentally ill and an addict of some sort. These people need to be removed from our streets.

@abef.9085 Healthy families should want what is best for the family members. That is unless their family is a jar of mixed nuts.

@victorbasta7359 Good question. I don't know. But if I had to start looking I would probably look at those northern European countries. You know Norway, Denmark, Sweden... Most of those countries have strong safety nets and seem to run like clock.
