  1. I'm not sure why anyone would want to maintain the lives of these drug addicts. It is called social Darwinism and free choice. I would argue you would be doing them, their families and society at large to a favor just let them suffer the odds they seem willing to accept. This is a mental illness brought on by bad life choices. Homeless addicts should be removed from the streets and housed in restrictive mental hospitals and sort out their addiction. Society requires boundaries for civility’s sake. Those that cannot respect those boundaries should be removed for the sake of children and safety. If they refuse hospitalization they should be deported. Done and dusted. Next.
