  1. This level of violence should not be surprising. The dysfunction that is the “community’s” culture can only result in downward spiral creating chaos and violence. I recommend the community migrate back to rural southern states where simply living with more space around them will reduce the amount of violence exposure. I hear the schools are less violent. Yes, there will always be the taint of the south, but you can still have a family, a life and thrive without all the aggression that is Philly. In Philly it is just a matter of time until something terrible happens to each person who dares to venture outdoors.

  4.  @unkelruckuss  I disagree. Black Americans are Americans as far as I'm concerned. Most are more American and have deeper roots in this country then most other Americans. I want them to stay here and do better. Where is the bed in that?

Had Lincoln chosen fighting generals like U.S. Grant and William Tecumseh Sherman the war would not have lasted more than a year-and-a-half.
