  2. I'm so tired of hearing Restaurant owners wine. The fast and loose rights to set up on sidewalks was due to the pandemic. People can eat inside now so it is a turning back to normalcy. The pavement was never meant to be a part of their retail space. Also, if you cannot afford to pay people to work for you stop crying and change how you do business.
