  1. Philly is such an ugly place. It is a place full of negligent mothers. Too much of the populace is anti-education and anti-social uplift. Philly is a place where social ignorance is encouraged. In other words, Philly is basically the same as it has always been for the last twenty-five years with the only difference being more guns.
