The city needs a verbal commitment from the District Attorney saying that violent criminals will stay behind bars Until they can be properly sorted out. By sorted out I mean looking into their past crimes, criminal associations, and other deviant deeds. Including review of their high school records and any violence that may be relevant Among those records.
