  3.  @joeromano5128  Yeah, I get your frustrations. I also agree when caught they should be locked up until they are in their late sixties. But don't forget the dysfunction you are seeing is the result of ignorant mothers making poor procreation choices. All women on welfare should be limited to one child. They should not be allowed more children until they educate themselves and break free of all subsidies. That alone will start getting you better citizens instead of "sub human" social defects.
