  2. Dude, if I lived in South Philly I'd keep quiet, sell my house and enjoy a life not bogged down by that toxic Philly blight. I said that back in the '70's. Today if I lived in South Philly I'd just say here take it and run away from that South Philly blighted area of misery and disgrace like my hair was on fire.

  3. Simply put, the number one industry in Philly is crime. There is a vast population on subsistence padding their income through crime. Crime income is off the books. No hope for Philly's future.
