  1. Bla, bla, bla. City Counsil members cannot raise the criminal offspring of of toxic mothers. They can call it out though. But they will not do that. They are weak and slaves to their attained positions and power. They are not real leaders. They are posers only seeking approval for reelection purposed. There is a sick culture in Philly and the black communities in general and the fake leaders will not acknowledge the root cause. Shameful.
