Kentucky should get no more response from the federal government than the republicans gave to Puerto . What is right for one should be right for all.

In a eye for an eye would Kentucky should get zero aid for the damage that Mitch McConnell and dandy Rand Paul have inflicted on the rest of the country. It it time for the US to become a real democracy. Low population states should lose their political influence. It is out of proportion and unfair.
7
The people of Kentucky keep voting for Rand Paul and Mitch McConnell. Why?
7
Okay Tom, you know what you are. Let that be enough.
6
This cop should be fired and put in jail for harassment. Being a Philly cop is tough but cops like this guy make it worse for everyone else. You can bet the corrupt drunk police union will fight tooth and nail for his job.
6
If Kevin McCarthy becomes speaker look no further than Nancy Pelosi to blame.
6
These guys are really damaged. I'll bet their parents were mostly low information racists. You know dumber than a box of rocks types. But that is no excuse.
5
Today's cops are entitled and emboldened because they have corrupt unions to back them. They do not hesitate to retaliate and use intimidation. Police and police unions need to do better. Video recordings like this only serve to undermine their credibility. I don't mind the officer having a nap but I HATE the retaliation and intimidation. The punk cop that made the stop for "electrical device" should be fired on the spot.

The radical right is a cult. Pure and simple. They may have been well meaning but low information people at some point but their minds have been poisoned by all the news sources that they site like Fox, Drudge conservative talk radio.

@BlackLung87 Maybe not everything but 99.0%. I left out how too many police officers are recruited from military. That was okay when they had the draft but not today. Today's military has too many dysfunctional people not fit for civilian police work. Also whats not to like about fried eggplant?

Rand Paul may live in Kentucky but he is Texas stupid and Texas racist.
3
Dude what is with the shirt and hair?
3
"can't not" are you one of those dummy's I "heard tell" from the south? Shut up dummy and go light one of your Q candles.

I'm glad things turn out well for what I feel were the innocent people involved (Uber drivers). That said, please stop waiving the fact that you are a single mom. Really tired of single moms acting as victims.
3
@kcbh24 You are the ones posting incorrect information. I originally heard it on a station you could not spell if I spotted you the first two letters, NPR. Seriously, this is easy to verify so do some work and stop being lazy. Also, I support Wikipedia and am not sure what your problem is with it.

@harleytank Hardly Ablesons suck. Grow up and get a real mans bike.

All religions are unnecessary. Countries and societies need to agree on basic human ethics. Clerics of all religions are poison.

I disagree, without waking the cop we would not have rousted the rat cover up cop. He is the one that needs to be fired today. I'll bet he was a senior officer. I could be wrong but I don't think so. Come on department head, do what's moral and ethical. The second cop is what is really bad operator here. The sleeper cop should also be canned if it is proven that he acted or alerted cop 2 in any way. It is not that hard unless you are also willing to compromise your own integrity. Oh and local DA, I'm not even going to try with you because I know you will sit on your clammy hands and do nothing.

Please note this video contains errors and the poster is not willing to do their own research.

@anna8328 I already explained myself. But here you go again. Quakers owned slaves. Full stop. Look it up do your homework. And grow up. I'm a Democrat but I'll call b***** whenever I see it.
1
Benjamin, please do better research. "One such issue was slavery. The Germantown (Pennsylvania) Monthly Meeting published their opposition to slavery in 1688, but abolitionism did not become universal among Quakers until the Philadelphia Yearly Meeting reached unity on the issue in 1754. Reaching unity (spiritual consensus) was a long and difficult process. William Penn himself owned slaves." Current Wikipedia reference. The guy with the beard was partly wrong as the Quakers did later oppose slavery.

@Metalchik.5 Oh Brandi, the overarching goal of Wikipedia is truth and verifiable citation. Yes anyone can post untruths and plain garbage but it will eventually be reported or just plain edited out when found incorrect of not verifiable. Also, I was just using Wikipedia to prove a obvious point that the video asserting that Quakers never owned slaves was wrong.
1
@kcbh24 Instead of verifying my point you attacked a extremely good source of information in our society. Wikipedia is a fantastic information source. No news source including NPR is perfect. You still have not accepted my initial argument about Quakers and slavery. We are done here.
1
@Metalchik.5 I accept your valid point. I became testy with the poster because they did not verify the information I presented, disparaged a very good active source of general information, and questioned my knowledge. Further poster still has not done her own due diligence in verifying my point which is easy to do in our modern age. This indicates they are more interested in confirming their own narrative than being credible. The funny thing is I agree with the point of the video but had issues with the smugness of the presentation and their research. I am very progressive, but I also am a pragmatist. I’ve found in my years that hard left people easily grasp to slogans about innovative ideas but fail enact a common sense approach. See BLM, defund the police and occupy wall street.
1
@benselander1482 The point is the video was not completely accurate regarding Quakers, which was the entire point of the video and the ignorant woman's video being addressed. All I'm pointing out is that the video was not correct or intentionally left out easily verifiable information.. Is that so difficult? I'm a pragmatic progressive but the creators of the content need to do better.
