See what EU's 'Climate Action' program does and how much it costs to run it entirely including 7 BILLION euros to UN's 3rd world developing fund. Where do you think this money is coming from? Somebody has gotta pay for all, gas tax, heat tax, enviro tax, etc. $1.2/liter gas in Toronto, no carbon tax over here.
