  1. @carothev Excuse my "ignorance" (27 years on the road and over 1.2 MILLLION km) but why do you pay to get a driving licence if you plan on NOT buying a car??? In CDA it costs some good money to legally get a driving license, pay the driving school and then the fee to the transportation department in the province you live in, so over here only a senile person would spend money on a driving license if no intention on buying a car as well. So why ppl in France get a DL if no need of your own car?

  2. @carothev So what happened to their cars, why would I sell my car and live w/o one just b/c I move to a bigger city??? That's stupid IMHO Nowadays EVERYTHING is based on cars, personally I cannot see a MODERN life w/o a modern car, I guess talibans and the rest of the cavemen would strongly disagree with me LOL

Only ppl who don't have their own car (do not have the money to buy a car and then buy car insurance as well) might be intrested in such system of transportation, no idiot would pay extra for a rental (electrical) car when you've already spent good money on your own car (plus insurance), also, ppl who don't have their own cars usually don't have a drivers license (no need to get a DL when you don't intend on buying your own car), so, who's left for such "green" program???
