SOCIALISM cannot survive and operate w/o very high taxes, right? 13% sales tax in Ontario and just 5% in Alberta, in a VERY developed INDUSTRIALIZED OIL-based country called CANADA, G7-member as well. CDA vs. Denmark, where do you get to keep more of your OWN money and NOT give it to the damn GOVERNMENT?

  3. About the terminology, it depends where you live AND how your local (or national) media is talking about social/economical/political issues. Here in CDA & USA we use the words liberal, socialist, left wing and anarchist, never ever you hear the 'social-democratic' term, so that's for the ones on the left, for the right, I'm personally a proud Conservative, but we are also called right wingers, anyhow, liberalism is for leftist social issues when socialism is for leftist economical issues.

  4. Very high taxes = Modern Socialism. Different terms: liberalism, socialism, social-democracy, etc., but behind is the very same policy to take from the 'have's' and give it to the 'have not's', in other words 'Spread The Wealth Around' as Obama simply put it in '08, and all is based on this famous leftist by the name KARL MARX and one of his famous (but real) quotes: "From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs", Marx rule = MARXISM called now Social-Democracy.

  5. $1.15/liter of regular gas in Toronto, Canada, wonder if this "green" pride in Denmark or anywhere else in rest of EU allows car owners to drive anywhere they wish around EU for tens of thousand of kms w/o any fear of spending half of their income on gas only?
