  1. 13 different DLs in Canada and 51 DLs in USA, and we have no problem driving everywhere on the NA continent. How much is gonna cost this new DL for a total of 300 MILLION ppl? Isn't EU in a deep financial crisis, unemployment rates at highest levels in decades? Govt wasteful spending at its best.
