  1. I had to go to wikipedia to find out that the 17-yo killer, Tim Kretschmer, committed suicide after he killed so many innocent (and young) ppl. Exactly like Adam Lanza or the two demented Columbine monsters. He was an avid videogame user, same like Adam Lanza and Columbine killers, plus a chronic psychopath. Plus he stole his dad's gun, exactly like Adam Lanza. Cases are identical but over here they don't confiscate legally owned guns of family of the killer regardless how the massacre occurred.

The 17-yo individual KILLED 15 INNOCENT ppl, over here he would have been tried as an ADULT and given death penalty in states with death penalty or min 25 years behind bars w/o any chance of parole. To set an ex for everybody, guns are to self-protect yourself against criminals but when YOU become the criminal, justice will be served. In Canada, Paul Bernardo murdered 2 teen girls and got LIFE IN PRISON, you get manslaughter charges when you drive drunk (DUI) and kill somebody while driving.

So you kill 15 INNOCENT ppl and get just an "involuntary manslaughter" charge instead of min 25 years w/o parole, same like that extremist Norwegian guy who got just couple of years instead of LIFE IN PRISON (death penalty would have been perfect for him) for killing 80+ innocent ppl, is this the damn EU justice system, what the hell do you tell families of victims that cannot see their loved ones anymore? Do not criticize gun rights in America BEFORE you fix your broken justice system.
