Law-abiding gun owners in America (cause armed criminals don't give a damn on ANY law to stop them commit crimes of any kind) should thank the Brits for the 2nd Amendment and the right to legally bear arms, if it wasn't for the Revolutionary War of 1775 I don't think America would have been any different than today's Britain. This exact bill had once passed the Congress and then signed into law by Clinton in '94, valid for 10 years only, but not these days in Obama's America, only b/c of Obama.
