Unitymedia website, unitymediadotde, then 'Enthaltene HD-Sender', then you get a list of TV channel logos, that FOX HD is NOT FOX NEWS CHANNEL, over here is called Fox Network or Fox Broadcast, it deals only with local news plus TV shows and movies, NO FNC programs on Fox Network. On TV, unitymedia TV cable provider for Germany, you're getting FOX Broadcast that is a totally different entity than FOX NEWS, they have nothing in common one with another, FOX NEWS is not available in EU except UK & Ireland, that's it. "In America you are allowed to have opinions on TV" FNC has been on the air since 09/96 and is owned by News Corp (same one that owns SkyNews as well), in CDA since May '11 we have SNN (nicknamed Fox News North) owned by Quebecor, a very large PRIVATE CDN Media Comp, both channels are OPINION-based channels (75% opinion, commentaries, analysis of the current news, and only 25% like Euronews), it's mind boggling for me why no PRIVATE EU media comp has not founded a FNC-like channel yet.

  35. Broadcast Channels are FREE, you can get them with no need of any subscription of any kind, all you need is a good $20 INDOOR antenna and clear view towards the transmission tower (s). Cable Channels you MUST pay for them, so you need a cable or sat subscription. In CDA & USA we don't pay for a TV/Radio (or computer like in DE, right?) license fee like everywhere in SOCIALIST EU. TV/Radio/Computer license fee does not exist over here. Glad I don't live in SOCIALIST EU.
