OK genius, where do you take enemy combatants captured ALIVE OUTSIDE US soil, Yemen, Sudan, Afghanistan, Somalia, Pakistan, etc., in order to interrogate them to try prevent further terrorist attacks against US interests in US and/or around the world? Not all can be killed by drones as Obama would like it, agree with that or not? As soon as you bring them on US soil: 16 hrs until the surviving Boston Terrorist got his Miranda Rights and then stopped talking in the middle of FBI interrogation.
