CANADA: in order to vote in ANY local (municipal), provincial or federal elections, #1 and most important condition is TO BE A CANADIAN CITIZEN and MUST prove that with OFFICIAL documents, birth certificate OR citizenship card, so even that you wanna vote in an obscure 100-ppl rural village close to the North Pole you MUST be Canadian Citizen no matter your job you have in that particular village or where ever you live in that moment.
