The Dual or Multiple Citizenship as you can legally have in Canada or USA is not the main problem here, ASSIMILATION is the main issue with most of legal AND illegal immigrants, the first woman (or high school student) in the video said "I'm a Turk and I feel like a Turk" even that she was born in Germany, has attended German schools, and lived, I guess, mostly in Germany, this woman is NOT a German, you gotta be German FIRST and Turk second to call yourself a German. She's NOT.

This is just a political move on behalf of some leftist German Political Parties or politicians, they know that all Turks granted Dual (German + Turk) citizenship will mostly vote for them only, so those leftist political parties chose political power over the history and traditions of their own country, Germany. Disgusting but not surprising. In the States, the leftist Democratic Party wants to give 11+ MILLION ILLEGAL MXs AMNESTY cause they know MXs always vote Democrats/Obama.

  3. I guess you ppl in non-English-speaking countries don't know much about the meaning of NATIONALITY, in English language of course. NATIONALITY = CITIZENSHIP. Now, depending where you're born OR did immigrate to, when you're asked "what nationality?" you have two personal choices in order to answer the question: a) the REAL one (the one on the passport) or b) the one of your heritage (Turkish for the woman in this video), b) is what's in your heart when a) is the OFFICIAL one.

"nationality is not the same as citizenship" It's the same, for instance I'm in Canada and talking to you in Denmark, for me YOU are a Danish Citizen OR a foreign national, you can hear both terms on English-speaking media ONLY. The issue in Germany, and should not be JUST Germany, is NOT about allowing dual citizenship to those that meet the LEGAL requirements but ALLEGIANCE to the country you were born (Germany in this case, or Denmark, right?) OR immigrated to regardless of your ETHNICITY.

  5. I couldn't agree with you more, what you just said it's called PATRIOTIC ASSIMILATION and that's the total opposite to MULTICULTURALISM liberals are so much in love with. B/C mainstream media is overwhelmingly left-wing liberal (except Fox News of course) they LOVE multiculturalism and HATE patriotic assimilation therefore they openly encourage immigrants to never integrate into the new society they were so warmly welcome to be part of. Most of the (non-Cuban) Latinos in the States, right?
