+1 for the sponsor. Not for the border-transphobic shit. Of course, there are consequencies to pre- and post- sex hormone exposure.
I'd say that both woke and conservatives tend to forgot that the primary thing is biologie and the secondary is behavior. That pseudo-consensual collective delirium that the civilisation is, with its own secular fashion, is not even fifth in this ontological list.
Gender, values, community, that's not solid...
So, this gender confusing discussion is taking soooo much space because there are strong emotions at play.
No need.
APART FOR A FEW EXCEPTIONS, you need female sex hormone exposure in utero, and during puberty and pregnancy. Some females can use testosterone and keep fertility, but the treatment should be stoped to ensure and already risky pregnancy.
In regard to the general aspect of the conversation, I'd say that there are around 2% of the people that are in need of hormonal substitution treatment, either intersex by birth or by artificial transition. The treatment give the desired puberty and generally offers sufficiant sex-specific traits, both physical and neuro-behavioral, to ensure the inclusion of the subject in the binary gendered humain comunities. Apart for a few terfs and some men craving for minority-arassment I mean.
And yes, I just said there are only 2 healthy sex hormone regimen and that it is in direct corelation with behavior. And that one can artificialy switch regimen and acquire secondary sexual caracteristics.
For the rest of it, that is just a matter of semantics... Yes, biological sexes and stereotypical gender rĂ´les have been forged as one concept over history and cutting it in two may be painfull for conservatives and may provoque delirum of woke people.
That is however a necessary surgery for this minority that I am part of...
And for both sexes, with margins and in between (biology is fascinating indeed), to be able to express themselves out of the boring ordinary would be plenty.
