  1. I did a lot of "daoist" Mantak Chia meditation in my youth, then I did more new age stuff. It certainly did contribute to my psychosis, also as a child, I already wanted to to see people suffer and die, when I didn't want to die myself that is... Now in my 40s, I tried Compassion Focused Therapy, but I've get kicked out of the group, cause of cynicism now doubt. The meditations there were low level and pointless anyway.
