  1. Trust me - it’s a real pain for a bona fide passenger to enter Mumbai airport at 4.30 AM . Too slow at entrance ; too slow at check in counter Air India especially ; extremely slow at security ; immigration is worst - 2 counters only for hundreds of travellers ! Needs drastic reforms quick .
