Those late Nixon - Indira Gandhi years. Indira Gandhi was extremely concerned about Diego Garcia being used as a spy listening base upon India 🇮🇳.. Circa 1971 East Pakistan had begun its volatile journey with backing from Richard Nixon and Henry Kissinger . Rest is history ….
