I must admit that I know little about late Periyar and his so called communist ideology. But late Charan Singh’s 23 day prime minister had all the qualities of being a poor strategist . How could he after having late Indira Gandhi arrested just few months earlier seek the same Congress support to prop his government up ? No wonder late Charan Singh got lost in oblivion !! Rest is history …
