  2. No. The government simply lied about how many EU Slavs they let in. The hope is that because they're white, no one will notice. The plan concludes by attempting to blame overcrowding on the trickle of third world refugees who make it here.

The damage was done in the early 2000s when millions of white Slavs entered. They simply kept things quiet, and now wish to dole out more accurate numbers and blame that on non-whites. It's a ridiculous plan, but, they know you're stupid.
