Poland the US and UK forces decimated Iraq in an illegitimate war in 2004 only to gain access to crude and gas. This had consequences for the whole middle east. It gave birth to ISIS and gazillion other paramilitary groups that played a major role in the later Syrian war. Naturally People fled from that turmoil which you helped to create. You can't have your cake and eat it.
