  1. If society wants women to feel and be safe in public spaces, at work or at home, lots money must be put into it. Like public infrastructure, public surveillance, transportation, education, jurisdiction, policing, public awareness, women rights, workers rights, etc. Historically patriarchism was a way to avoid these costs.
