  3. It's about systematic and institutionalized racism. Racism that is carried out through the system , in order to free you the individual from being racist. So you could be white and totally "color blind" - a good person - but you will still benefit from a racist system that is explicitly setup to benefit you. Re racism among minorities: ,difficult to establish what is cause and what effect when the environment you live in is already racist. I agree though racism is a human issue and it starts with white people. Just fyi: skin color only regulates the amount of vitamin D and B12 you are able to produce given the amount of UVA / UVB your are exposed to. That's it.
