no, everyone receives just the same treatment. if you have private insurance you might get some perks like for example getting a doctor's appointment can be easier in rural areas. Or you'll be assigned a single room or better food choice when hospitalized. But the bare treatment is topnotch and for everyone. There is however a difference for employees who got into an accident. By law employers must insure their staff. Which covers the way to or from work and of course for the entire work day. This "Berufsgenossenschaft" will support you while recovering with better rehabilitation programs and paid sick leave.

yes and no. usually they avoid addressing racial features if they can. But you can here sometimes "dunkelhäutig" (dark skinned) or even "farbig" (colored) which I find very offensive personally. race or how it is called here "ethnicity" is rarely mentioned in police search warrants at all. Everything is a result of the holocaust. So the term "race" is highly controversial by itself and almost only used in historic discussions. "Rassenpflege" or "race preservation" basically "eugenics" was a regular school subject under the Nazis. And we all know how well that went down.

sounds more like a translation problem really. In German "how are you" '' translates to "Wie geht es dir" . Which is actually a bit more serious You would ask that someone near and dear... To casually greet someone a better way is "Hey, wie geht's"... I never expect a response or sometimes I get back "Alles klar, und selbst?" Same concept as "how are you" if you keep that tiny difference in mind.
