  1. Freedom of speech is a moral concept. Freedom of speech exists only as a license issued by the state to speak without repercussion. That license can be revoked at the discretion of the state and the ruling class. As an example, the German state has declared Palestinian rallies and speaking Arabic a crime.

There is no entitlement to borders or else Kurds and Palestinians and people in Western Sahara would have had one, countries like Syria, Congo, Iraq, Iran wouldn't have been violated, Trump wouldn't call Canada the 51th state. Borders and nations are the decided through war and violence. There is no higher justification other than that.
