  1. The concept of the nation-state is a murderous business. Look how many million Europeans were killed before they reached "unity". It's like in the dog meme. You open the gate they remain peaceful, gate closed they start barking. Maybe people should find better ways to organize themselves. Don't enforce or pretend there's national unity when there is none.
