  2. 14:20 if you want people to have kids you have to pay Americans enough to afford kids. You want people to have multiple kids but complaining about minimum wage going up pick a side. You want people working 2 and 3 jobs to take care of a family and no time to spend with their kids but want people to have more kids u can’t do both unless you pay people more at 1 job so they can actually have time to spend with their kids
