I don’t understand what’s the confusion if you’re poor and you need money to survive and take care of your family and the government is giving away free money PBD rather they not take it and continue struggling than take the money??? Sounds like a hater to me, of course black peoples are gonna take the money, that’s like a person starving and someone offering them a free meal and them saying I rather work for it first and continue starving except in this case black peoples ancestors did work for it for free for 400 years you damn right they deserve that money
