@turbovirgin_ Either everything is art or nothing is. Just because work is out into something doesn't make it art. I could spend years making the world's best mid pie and it wouldn't be art. And you have pictures in museums that are just random splotches of paint that are worth millions. Ai art is definitely art of those paintings.

@turbovirgin_ 99% of people who look at "art" dont care about it having some message, they just want to see something that looks nice. They don't care about the effort that went into it or what it meant.

@turbovirgin_ That's what people though at first but no. It seems like ai is really good at replacing the "creative" roles like making art, copying faces and voices for acting, it can even write stories on its own. Meanwhile it's taking forever to get it to learn how to drive.
