  1. What this transition of minors including puberty blockers also does is prioritize physical attractiveness over physical health and sexual joy. That's quite a choice to make for adults, and an impossible choice for minors who haven't had their puberty yet and hardly know any sexual joy without matured genitals and natural hormonal development.

In it's natural state it all works great and give great pleasure, I suspect there is some prudeshness under the surface that explains the contempt for the natural genitals in that ideology and the desire to replace them with something that mainly just mechanically works.
