  1.  @bryanm.4869  No, it's not normal. Amsterdam is also famous for having the most museums per sq km or capita. It's also famous for it's freedom but that's because the Dutch know how to behave without enforcement. It's not normal that the ill behaved British can have a cheap weekend in Amsterdam for their stag parties and stuff and treat the beautifull city as their playground.
