So you're looking for a new head coach that wants to get in a kafkaesque hornets nest of the typical American 'social justice' wars where you can be anonymously accused of beeing a racist without even an opportunity to defend yourself. The new head coach also has to be more antiracist than Ron Jans, that narrows the options down quite a bit. Good luck with that. Of course you won't find one that humiliated the mighty Ajax Amsterdam with tiny, multiracial PEC Zwolle several times. But Cincinnatti will win the virtue signalling and stabbing white coaches in the back competition easily this year.
