  1. It's nowhere near a complete list, not even a quarter I guess. I miss Graf&Stift, Bucciali, Gillbern, Minerva for example just to name the most obscure. Hispano Suiza was a luxury/fast brand before WWII, probably more a competitor to Duesenberg than to Cadillac. They made one famous art deco body and this was probably a concept inspired on that. Interesting era for France too, Delahaye, Talbot, Delage, Bugatti. Facel Vega was a very interesting post WWII French brand with beautiful cars with a Chrysler V8. Donkervoort started out as Lotus 7 rip offs and evolved. Spyker is indeed Dutch and was actually an original and quite original design.
