  1. That looks like the flower auction in Aalsmeer, the Netherlands. It's the so called Dutch Auction, the clock runs the price down until someone buys, that is much quicker and flowers aren't that durable so they have to be shipped out as quick as possible. I've worked with people in the Dutch flower trade, they don't hang about and waste time. It's said to be the biggest building in the world, bigger than the Pentagon, full of people driving around flower containers.
