He didn't just have the talent to go 3 tenths faster than anyone else in his era, he was also by far the most professional, the fittest, the toughest, the coldest, the hardest working, the greatest teamplayer, by far the best in the rain. Only at the end of his 15 year career the whole field had pulled itself up on him to come reasonably close. All drivers had to improve massively and all teams had to look for greater talents and make them work harder.
