It were the national elections for the national house of representativis which is constitionally obliged to represent the Dutch people, by making laws for the national jurisdiction and therefore on the national territory, often called the Netherlands. So she is being silly with moaning about nationalism. Our elected are not elected by or for those who would like to come to the Netherlands pretending to be refugees.

@joepvandijk7949 Benelux is older than the EU. It would bring Germany and the EU to it's knees. I agree about transforming the EU into something completely different because it's rotten to the core and corrupt and antidemocratic by design, but you have to play hard ball to do so.

@muesliman100 Mass immigration and the wrecking of the housing market come from the same globalist neoliberal policy. Immigration is the cause though, there were about enough houses for the Dutch people and how the Dutch population grows 10 years ago. But a million immigrants have come since. Immigration increases demand and the country doesn't get any bigger.

@Factchekka Sod off to your ****hole country then if you don't like the language. It has nothing to do with it, immigrants are mostly just too entitled, lazy or dumb to learn the language. There have always been people like that, but they stayed in their inbred villages all over the word, now they have to pick an choose the country for them like we're part of a buffet.

@muesliman100 Yes, 400 years of religous peace between catholics, jews, hindus, 421 denominations of protestantism etc, 3 decades of a small muslim minority and the corpses of religious killings lie in the streets, teachers and authors in hiding, people fearfully shutting up, politicians in bunkers, women without headscarfs harassed, gays beaten up. It's pretty obvious muslim immigrants are the threat to freedom of religion and freedom of print.

@rickyspanish4792 Nonsense. The EEC was good, the EU has appropriated it's free trade to enforce a political agenda of the unelected that has been disastrous for the Dutch, and through the euro they have already stolen many billions from the Dutch pensions and savings.
