  1. A lot of Dutch muslims have voted for him because they share the same problems and neighbourhoods, among other immigrants he was already huge in previous elections. The Netherlands has know religious tolerance and many religions since forever, it's desire for religious tolerance was what made it and independent country. Religions have existed in peace for over 4 centuries but only decades after the muslim immigration from the Middle East and Africa there were religious killings. It is many muslims desire for islam to rule public space and public debate, to rule all, that is the problem. The Indonesians have been perfectly integrated for decades now, those aren't the problem. But also many muslims start just taking their place with their religion in society, just like the catholics, jews, hindus and 421 denominations of protestantism have for the past centuries. No one cares if you go to a mosque or a temple or synagogue, religion is a private matter. The head scarf is a bit of a problem though, because muslim men have a habit of harassing women without a headscarf. That's what the headscarf does, distinguish between chaste muslimas and "whores" and the muslimas who wear one are accomplices in that.
